My name Is Cesar Najera, I was born in northern Mexico, Durango. I moved to Chicago at a very young age where I was introduced to the culinary industry. I started working at restaurants and catering events where I found the passion of cooking at a very early stage of my career. I was dealt with of meeting and working for celebrities, politicians, and musicians. Since then I have worked at all stages of catering, from very local clients to serving for Presidents of the United States. My career has opened up the world for me. The different world cuisines have introduced me to the culture and lifestyles of many countries. At the end of every day the joy and experience my clients express is what keeps me progressing and strengthens my passion for the art of cooking.
