Julie has spent over 12 years in the Food Service Industry working for Aramark for 6 years, Lifeworks Restaurant Group and Wolfgang Puck Catering. Julie has spent 5 years at Loyola University and has a true passion for people, sustainability and creating positive change. In her spare time she loves to paint, spend time with her family and finds every chance to travel and explore whenever possible.

My name is Nickolas Elsberg I come with over 10 years of Food and Beverage experience. In 2022 I am proud to say that I make my way back to Loyola as a Food Service Director. Jeremy Timacdog is a hospitality professional who started his management career after college with Aramark’s Accelerate To Leadership Program. He was born in the Philippines but grew up in Michigan. During his off days, Jeremy likes to stay active by dancing, skateboarding and working out.

Went to college for Parks and Recreation Management while serving in the U.S. Army as a Military Police Sergeant. In between, spent my summers as a primitive Island Survival Guide in the Florida Keys and Front Desk Manager of Lake Powell Resorts and Marinas in Arizona where I started my Aramark Experience. I joined Loyola Dining so I could make a larger impact and influence in our dining operations to provide the highest dining experience for the student!
