Questions about Meal Plans?
Do I need to buy a meal plan?
All Loyola students residing on Lake Shore Campus are required to have a University meal plan. First and Second-Year students residing on-campus are required to have and All-Access Meal Plan. Upper-Class students residing on-campus may choose any of the All-Access or Declining Balance plans. Baumhart Hall students have the option of selecting a Declining Balance meal plan.
Will my meal plan auto renew for next semester?
Resident students meal plan will automatically renew, as it is part of the housing contract. However, commuter students should submit a new request each term. Resident students have the opportunity to select a different meal plan the first two weeks of classes each semester.
Will unused meals or Dining Dollars roll over?
Unused meals will not roll over, but Dining Dollars do carry over from semester to semester and expire at the end of the academic year.
If I have already purchased a meal plan, can I change it?
Yes! You have the first two weeks in the semester to change your meal plan. You can change your meal plan by going to www.luc.edu/campuscard/forms.
How can I add more Dining Dollars?
It's easy! Visit the Campus Card Office in the Sullivan Center, Suite 190 to load Dining Dollars.
Can I use my Dining Dollars off campus?
No, Dining Dollars are for on-campus retail cafes, coffee shops and resident dining halls only.
Can I use my Rambler Bucks to eat on campus?
Yes you can!
Don't worry- simplicity and convenience are all within reach. Once you have a meal plan, your student ID works like a debit card. Just swipe your card and the meals and points are deducted from your meal plan account.
